UK Delivery

Standard Delivery
EO Artworks are carefully packaged and shipped via Royal Mail for all standard deliveries within the UK Mainland. Upon ordering, you will receive a purchase confirmation email. For UK standard shipping EO artworks are dispatched using the first class signed for service. Your delivery should arrive within 5 working days. If your item does not arrive within this time frame please get in touch via the contact page, and we will gladly track your order.

International Shipping
We provide international shipping options for all available artworks. International orders are shipped via Royal Mail International signed for and/or UPS depending on the size & weight of the art work. Delivery should arrive within 10-15 days. Once dispatched we will send over a tracking number, which you can use to check the status of the order.  On rare occasions international deliveries may be subject to delays beyond our control, and in turn affect our estimated delivery times.  We will notify you if this may be the case.  

Please note: The vast majority of international shipments are subject to tax, customs duty or excise duty and these are costs that you should understand before importing from overseas. All international customers may have to pay customs charges on goods sent to outside the European Union. These fees are due once the order has reached the designated country and must be paid before they are released for collection. We have no correlation to the fees involved and can't provide an estimated charge. We recommend getting in touch with your local customs office for more information as charges vary worldwide. You agree to take responsibility for such duties and taxes and indemnify us against any losses, liabilities, damages and mishandling arising out of your EO order dealings with your local customs.

Returns
If in the unlikely event an order arrives damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving via email with an attached image of the damaged area. We will gladly refund or replace the item at no extra cost.

If you're not pleased with your item please get in touch and we will work to resolve any matters. If you wish to return the item, please do so within 14 working days. We ask for you to return the item in its original condition for a full refund. Customers are responsible for shipping costs on returned goods. We kindly ask to use a signed for postal service as we will not be liable for return items that are lost.

Invoicing
All invoices are generated electronically and sent out via email once order is placed. 

Payments
All EO Shop sales transactions can be made via Paypal or through our secure Credit Card processor.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

Privacy
All of our customers sensitive information is used in accordance with the Data Protection Act. Great steps are taken to ensure the security and protection of our customers information, which is transmitted in encrypted form and will never be released to any third parties without consent. Our security is verified by the SSL certificate displayed in our checkout page.
